    ARRIVE DELHI

    • Arrive Delhi Airport by late evening or night flight.
    • Meeting and assistance on arrival at Delhi International airport. Complete Immigration and transfer to the hotel.
    • Check-in, freshen-up and relax to beat the jetlag.

    Delhi (City Tour)

    • Enjoy Breakfast at hotel
    • Post Breakfast embark on a journey to have a partial glimpse of History of India.
    • Start sightseeing tour of Old and New Delhi with first visit to the magnificent Red Fort (Closed on Monday) built of red sandstone. Opposite the fort are the black and white onion shaped dome and minarets of the Jama Masjid, the most elegant mosque in India. Drive past Kotla Firoze Shah, ruins of an old fort of the 14th century and the Ashokan Pillar of 3rd BC.  Then visit Raj Ghat, where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated in 1948. Continue driving through the old city and get to see the buzz of the daily life of the natives. If time permits make a visit to the local market to feel the local flavor.
    • Lunch at restaurant/hotel.
    • Tour continues to New Delhi and takes you to the new capital designed by Sir Edward Lutyens. Drive past the Presidential Palace and the Secretariat buildings- the centre of all government activity and down the main avenue. Then drive past the impressive Rajpath (Kings Way) to the World War I memorial arch, the India Gate. Later visit the famous Humayun’s Tomb built in 1565 AD followed by Qutub Minar, 72 metres high tower and the ruins of Quwat-ul-Eslam (Light of Islam) Mosque.  End your Day by surprising yourself with Delhi’s most curious antique, the uncorroded Iron Pillar, which dates back to the 4th century AD.

    Delhi - Varanasi (By Railroad : 770 Kms/ Approx 8 Hours)

    • Very Early wake-up call
    • Check-out and transfer to New Delhi Railway Station
    • Board the Fastest train – Vande Bharat Express -  latest addition to country’s rail network. Train departs at 0600hrs.
    • Breakfast and Lunch onboard the train.
    • Arrive Varanasi at 1400hrs

    (Varanasi, or Benaras, (also known as Kashi) is one of the oldest living cities in the world dating to the 11th century B.C. Varanasi`s is also known as the spiritual capital of India. Mark Twain, the English author and literature, who was enthralled by the legend and sanctity of Benaras, once wrote : “Benaras is older than history, older than tradition, older even than legend and looks twice as old as all of them put together.” The city is a center of learning and civilization for over 3000 years. With Sarnath, the place where Buddha preached his first sermon after enlightenment, just 10 km away, Varanasi has been a symbol of Hindu renaissance. Knowledge, philosophy, culture, devotion to Gods, Indian arts and crafts have all flourished here for centuries. One can feel by self once you walk and wind through the streets of Varanasi.

    • Transfer to Hotel, check-in and quick freshen-up.
    • Later in the evening tour on Ganges – the sacred of all river. Visit Mother India Temple-a unique temple dedicated to Mother India carved with a single piece of marble. The perfect map of undivided India signifies unity in diversity. From here proceed to the Ghats to witness the Aarti Ceremony (Hindu ritual /prayer of river Ganges at Sunset) on bicycle rickshaws or by short walk for better understanding and observing the glory of the city. Passing through the crowded bazaars and galis (old part) of this ancient city, small shops illuminated with beautiful lights followed by a short boat ride on Ganges observe the famous Aarti ceremony amidst jingling of bells, floating of diyas (traditional lamps) and chanting of mantras which give an unforgettable experience indescribable in words. Later return to the hotel with bicycle Rickshaws/ your transport.

    Varanasi – Local Sightseeing

    • Enthusiasts can yet again go for an early morning boat ride on the Ganges.

    (The sunrise on the Ganges popularly known as Subeh Banaras is a soul-lifting experience.     • Rest morning at leisure or relaxation or explore old city by own.
    • Lunch at Hotel/Restaurant.
    • Afternoon visit of Sarnath-10 kms. from Varanasi-The Buddha preached his first sermon to five disciples at the Deer Park here, enshrining the principals of his teaching into laws. The Dhamek Stupa marks the location of a once resplendent monastery A large complex of ruined monasteries cover the area north of the stupas. Near the Dhamek Stupa is a new monastery built by the Buddhist Mahabodhi Society. The major events of Buddha’s life are depicted here in wall paintings by a Japanese artist.  Visit the Dhamekh Stupa, Sarnath Museum and Mulgandkuti Vihar.
    • Return back to Varanasi and relax.

    Jaipur (City Tour)

    • Enjoy Breakfast at hotel
    • Morning visit Amber Fort and enjoy elephant ride (subject to availability) else Jeep ride to the Amber entrance gate. Feel the royal and majestic lifestyle of the erstwhile Kings and take time to know the very interesting history of the place. Inside the Fort visit the Jag Mandir or the Hall of Victory. Inside the Jag Mandir is the famed Sheesh Mahal - a room with all the four walls and ceiling completely embedded with glittering mirror pieces, which were specially imported from Belgium during that period. On the way from Amber Fort, you will have a brief photography stop at Hawa Mahal- the Palace of Winds.
    • Lunch at restaurant/hotel.
    • Continue sightseeing by visiting the Maharaja's City Palace, the former Royal residence, part of it converted into a museum. A small portion is still used by the Royal family of Jaipur. One of the major attractions in the museum is the portion known as Armory Museum housing an impressive array of weaponry-pistols, blunderbusses, flintlocks, swords, rifles and daggers. Later visit the Jantar Mantar, which is the largest stone and marble crafted observatory in the world. Situated near the gate of the city palace, the observatory has 17 large instruments, many of them still in working condition.
    • Visit the local market and feel the local flavor as well as indulge in the most done activity by every traveler i.e. souvenirs and shopping.

    • Next to visit is Agra Fort - the foundation of which was laid by Emperor Akbar in 1565 and continued till the time of Shahjahan. The high red stone monument stretches for around 2.5 Kms, dominating a bend in the river Yamuna northwest of the Taj Mahal. Enjoy the private hall, sleeping chambers, the court of King and the fascinating palaces inside the fort. Travel back to time on the interesting facts narrated by our guides.

    • Proceed to Delhi by surface through Taj Expressway or Yamuna Expressway which is a Hi-Speed Toll road.
